• Our Gold service is tailored to suit customers who only require Creative Pools and Leisure to order their pool liner.

• You provide us with an eligible drawing of your pool, using our downloadable self-measure form. Our form has been designed to assist you in providing us with the necessary measurements required to place your pool liner into manufacture.

• The Liner installation is to be organised by the customer. This can either be their own local pool liner installation engineer or if you are competent, there is nothing stopping you from installing the pool liner yourself.

• Our Platinum service is tailored to suit customers who would like Creative Pools and Leisure to order and install their pool liner.

• The installation will be carried out by our competent Creative Pools And Leisure installation engineers.

• A representative will attend site and discuss the current state of the pool. They will carry out a visual check on all accessible internal pool fittings, liner lock, stairs and the visible condition of the pool walls and floor.

• Creative Pools And Leisure will take full responsibility for measuring and producing a manufacture approved drawing of your pool. You will receive a report of the pool condition and any remedial works that may be required prior to liner install.

• The installation will be carried out by our competent Creative Pools And Leisure installation engineers.

We review the current condition of the pool, internal fittings and inspect the pool floor and walls (access permitting) in line with any concerns you may have. We will advise further on any areas of concern that could limit the installation of the new pool liner.

• Based on the site visit and survey we can provide to you a custom quotation for the installation of your pool liner taking into account any remedial works that are required.

• A professional CAD drawing is produced of your pool that is sent to the pool liner manufacturer. A copy of this drawing is available to you for a small fee. This means the next time you need to re-order your liner you only need to pay for the installation fee, subject to pool condition.

• We can measure any shape pool with a specialised A-B measuring method that can be passed on to the pool liner manufacturer ensuring your liner is produced correctly.

• We take full responsibility of your pool liner and should there be any dimensionally discrepancies raised by the manufacturer prior to production we will re-attend site to complete these at our own cost.

• Taking full responsibility of your pool liner also means, should we provide any dimensions that appear to be wrong during installation then the costs to rectify the new pool liner will be chargeable to us, not you.
